3. Refunds and Cancellations

Premium listing subscriptions may be cancelled at any time, with cancellation taking effect at the end of the current billing cycle. Free listings can be removed upon request. Unless required by local law or due to our service failure, payments for premium listings are generally non-refundable given the nature of directory services and immediate exposure provided.
